Actions Upon Receipt of Complaint
Upon receiving a valid complaint that meets the above requirements, we reserve the right to take the following actions:

Disable all links directing to the allegedly infringing material;

Notify the alleged infringing party that we have removed or disabled access to the relevant material;

Terminate access to and use of NICIXKES services by any user or third party who repeatedly infringes the intellectual property rights of NICIXKES or others, or take other actions as provided in our Terms of Use or related policies.
