Return & Exchange Policy

The Company guarantees a 7-day return service, which shall take effect from the date the customer actually receives the goods. You may apply for a return under the following circumstances:

Applicable Conditions for 7-Day Return

  1. The product itself has quality defects;
  2. The product is damaged during transportation;
  3. Incorrect goods are delivered (the received product does not match the ordered one), and the product is in a condition that does not affect secondary sales (return or exchange is available).

Circumstances Not Eligible for 7-Day No-Reason Return

  1. Custom-made personal products;
  2. The product has been used (electronic products are deemed used once powered on);
  3. The product, its functional parts or accessories have visible wear and tear on the appearance;
  4. The outer packaging of the product is lost or severely damaged (except for normal unpacking), which actually affects the secondary sales of the product;
  5. Products that are not suitable for return due to their nature, and you have confirmed such non-returnable nature at the time of purchase;
  6. Other circumstances where the product is in poor condition and affects secondary sales.

How to Apply for a Return

1. Return/Exchange Due to Personal Reasons

Within 7 days from the date of receipt, send an email to the after-sales service center to submit your application, ensuring the product does not affect secondary sales. The after-sales customer service will respond to and approve your request within 1-3 working days upon receiving the email. You shall bear all freight costs arising from the return/exchange.

2. Return/Exchange Due to Quality Reasons

Within 7 days from the date of receipt, send an email to the after-sales service center at service@mail.nicixkes.com. The customer service will review and approve your application within 1-3 working days upon receiving the email. The Company shall bear all freight costs arising from the return/exchange.

3. Return Execution & Refund Process

Within 7 days from the date of receipt, please contact the courier company directly to arrange the return shipment. After the courier company confirms receipt of the returned goods, they will notify us of the relevant refund matters. The Company will complete the refund process within 15 working days.
Note: When submitting a return application (either via email or 24-hour online customer service), please clearly indicate your order number, full name, contact phone number to facilitate efficient processing of your request.
