1. Shipping Costs

Free shipping is available for all orders.

2. Shipping Time

After your order is successfully placed, we will arrange shipment in the order of order placement. The processing and shipping period takes approximately 3 working days. Shipping is not restricted to specific time slots, and we offer delivery services on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.

3. Arrival Time

After the order is shipped, the estimated arrival time is 7–10 working days.

4. Signing Instructions

  • When placing an order, please provide a deliverable address and valid contact phone number.
  • Upon receiving the goods, please inspect them on the spot: check if the outer packaging is intact, if the quantity of goods matches the order details, and if the shopping list is complete. Do not sign for the goods before inspecting the outer packaging. If the outer box seal is damaged or torn, you have the right to refuse acceptance.
  • If you cannot sign in person, please entrust someone else to do so and ensure they follow the above inspection requirements. The courier is only responsible for delivering the item to the designated address; any person at the address (e.g., a receptionist) may sign for it, and we cannot guarantee delivery to a specific individual.

5. Order Modification

For risk control reasons, your order cannot be modified after purchase confirmation. Please ensure you fill in the correct address and phone number when placing the order. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

6. Stranded Order Handling

Effective immediately, orders that cannot be delivered due to insufficient information will be retained by the courier for 5 days. We will notify you via email; please reply to the email or contact customer service within this period. If no reply is received within 5 days, we will arrange to return the goods to the warehouse and process a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Return & Refund Policy

  1. If the ordered goods are defective, you may request a full refund.
