    a) The ordered item is out of stock, has been withdrawn due to failure to meet the Company’s quality standards, or is subject to shipping restrictions;

    b) Incorrect pricing or product description is identified for the ordered item;

    c) The Company is unable to obtain valid payment authorization;

    d) You are not eligible to make purchases in accordance with these Terms of Service.

5. Delivery and Pickup

  • After placing an order, you will receive a notification of the expected delivery time. The Company will use reasonable efforts to deliver the goods within the stated time frame, but does not guarantee delivery within the expected time.

  • All orders are insured by the Company during shipment until the goods are successfully delivered or picked up by the recipient.

  • A signature on the delivery receipt is required upon pickup/delivery of the goods. You shall assume full responsibility for the goods from the time of signing the receipt.

  • If the recipient is not the original purchaser (e.g., the goods are a gift), the signature of such recipient shall be deemed as proof of delivery. This signature confirms that the Company has fulfilled the order obligation and that you have accepted the transfer of responsibility for the goods.

  • The Company reserves the right to update the delivery policy at its sole discretion without prior notice.

6. Returns

The Company strives to provide you with the best online shopping experience and therefore offers a no-reason return policy. If you are not satisfied with the received item for any reason, you may return the item for a full refund in accordance with the following rules:

  • The return application must be submitted and the goods returned within 7 days from the date of purchase;

  • The returned item must be in its original, unused condition, packed in the original packaging box/bag, with all hang tags intact and unremoved;

  • You must complete the official return form (included with the delivered goods) and return the form together with the item. If the form is lost, please contact our customer service to obtain an electronic copy via email;

  • The customer shall bear all return shipping costs.

  • Any opinions expressed by designers, third-party sellers or their affiliates (who offer products on this website) in any media are their personal opinions only. The Company is not liable for any such opinions, and such opinions do not necessarily reflect the views of the Company.
